Supporting Nadia Murad’s Innovative "Mother & Justice" Memorial Initiative

I provided operational and logistical support for a high-profile art installation event in Stuttgart, Germany, specifically supporting Nadia Murad’s innovative "Mother & Justice" mobile memorial. This life-sized sculpture, dedicated to survivors of conflict-related sexual violence worldwide, was unveiled by Nobel Peace Prize laureate Nadia Murad herself during an event coinciding with landmark ISIS trials taking place in the German courts. My work directly contributed to an initiative that underpins the pursuit of international justice and accountability.

My role involved strategic procurement of art equipment, which required independent vendor sourcing and detailed comparative analysis of pricing and technical specifications to ensure cost-effectiveness and suitability for a high-profile public display. This process introduced nuanced considerations regarding material science and public visibility, such as selecting canvas that minimized glare and optimizing display dimensions for audience viewing distances. My rigorous approach to resource management ensured the seamless execution of an event that amplified the voices of survivors during key international justice proceedings taking place in Germany, directly supporting the Initiative's mission of accountability and public awareness.
